Before you send a set back
- Pack every piece back into its own carry bag.
- Count the blocks, balls, wickets or pins against the rule sheet.
- Photograph any damage when you first open the box.
- Keep the outer box until you have played the first game.
Many problems have a small fix — a spare pallino, a set of wickets or a screw kit — so it is worth asking before you return a whole set.
